The Club has a highly flexible layout with areas that can be quickly reconfigured from informal meeting spaces to a town halls for over 60 people, combined with dedicated private areas for focus work. This space planning approach gives teams ample room to work creatively and productively, whilst allowing for greater freedom to reconfigure larger spaces as needs evolve.

However, Worka Club also recognizes the importance of focused work, with 20% of the space dedicated to individual concentration. The remaining breakdown includes 11% for arrival areas, 11% for wellness amenities to keep employees balanced and refreshed, and 6% for operational support.
