Timely completion and client satisfaction: Despite challenges, the project was completed within specified timelines and budget constraints, exceeding client expectations and receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Features include a micro-farm, living wall, Haleon shop featuring all their latest products, sensory and wellness rooms, iPad controlled coffee machine, honesty café, self-service micro market, moveable screens for collaboration, digital lockers, and ambient lighting.: The Instant Group structured the commercial terms to maximise value for JLR with best-in-class negotiations with brokers and landlords, ensuring the most favourable commercial outcome.
